The role

At Legora, we care deeply about building a world class team, company and product. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the central driving force in scaling our team with incredible talent at an incredible pace. Working cross-functionally with every part of our organization to recruit talent across multiple roles in the growth and legal team across all geographies. 

You will 

• Make sure Legora hires the right people for the right role.

• Run world-class recruiting processes for hiring managers and candidates. 

• Overseeing candidates within your pipeline through every life cycle stage.

• Effectively source and build a passive pipeline to ensure our time-to-fill target.  

• Act as the first point of contact in the candidate journey, providing exceptional end to end candidate experience

• Be heavily involved the onboarding process of all candidates

• Make international hires

• Be challenged and grow very quickly 

Who you are

• Five plus years of Talent Acquisition experience 

• Deep technical knowledge and curiosity to learn more

• Experience in recruiting for commercial roles ranging in e.g. Business Development, Sales and marketing

• You are a team player and are ready to jump in when needed.

• You consider yourself calm, helpful, and can be creative in stressful situations.

• You are passionate about building strong relationships with the broader Legora team.

• You are autonomous, although constantly working in a team we believe in self leadership and ownership! You value feedback, take initiative without needing direction, and focus on outcomes. 

• You are entrepreneurial, Legora is an ambitious start-up. Things move fast, tasks and challenges may be demanding, and responsibilities may change over time.
