The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to help scale our finance operations as we grow globally. Based in our Stockholm office, you'll manage key financial processes across multiple entities, ensuring precision, compliance, and readiness for rapid expansion.

This is a hands-on role with the scope to shape how Legora handles finance at scale. You'll work across invoicing, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement, collaborating closely with teams across Growth, Product, and Revenue Operations.

Your Impact

• Own and optimize the quote-to-cash and billing infrastructure processes.

• Manage accounts payable, expense reporting, and payment cycles.

• Lead monthly closings, general ledger management, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Oversee VAT and statutory reporting in Sweden, the UK, and the US.

• Support the preparation of annual reports, audits, and regulatory filings.

• Analyse results and improve financial processes as we scale.

• Assist in global expansion initiatives and entity setups.

This last point can be stressed enough - we are growing fast and you will play an integral part of enabling that growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years' experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Hands-on experience with monthly closings, reporting, and annual accounts.

• Proficiency in accounting systems like Fortnox, SAP, NetSuite, or similar.

• Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a bonus. You probably have a favourite formula: we would love to hear about it and why.

• Sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit.

• Prior experience with international firms or multinational structures is a plus.
