The role:
As an Office Manager, you will be at the heart of Legora’s day-to-day operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly and fosters a productive, engaging, and welcoming environment. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient workplace, handling administrative tasks, coordinating events, and supporting the team in various capacities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be an integral part of a growing scale-up.
What You Will Be Doing:
Managing the daily operations of the Stockholm office, ensuring a seamless and organized work environment.
Handling administrative tasks, including supplier coordination, ordering office supplies, and overseeing office budgets.
Work closely with our Head of Operations and leadership teams with onboarding new employees and organizing company events.
Assisting with travel arrangements, scheduling, and logistics for team members.
Ensuring the office remains a vibrant, welcoming, and productive space for employees and visitors.
Coordinating with our offices in London and NYC to maintain operational consistency.
Who You Are:
You have prior experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
You are highly organized, service-minded, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy supporting a team in various capacities.
You take initiative, work autonomously, and proactively solve problems.
You adapt well to changing priorities and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.
You have a passion for creating a great workplace experience and fostering team culture.
Practical Information:
Location: Office in central Stockholm, responsible for London and NYC office coordination as well.
Work Mode: In person
Language: English is used for all communication.
