The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People team, with a strong focus on scaling our commercial teams - Sales, Business Development, and Marketing - across multiple geographies.

You will be responsible for leading and running your own end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring we continue to hire exceptional talent to fuel our next phase of growth.

This is a great role for someone with a few years of hands-on recruitment experience who wants to deepen their impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will

• Own the full recruitment cycle - from briefing, sourcing, interviewing, to closing candidates - particularly for commercial and growth-focused roles.

• Source proactively and build pipelines of exceptional passive candidates.

• Run structured, world-class recruitment processes that create a great experience for candidates and hiring teams.

• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on the best hiring approaches and market insights.

• Oversee your candidate pipelines, ensuring smooth communication and seamless progression through every stage.

• Support onboarding efforts to ensure new hires hit the ground running.

• Contribute to broader People initiatives - such as employer branding, recruitment process improvements, and candidate experience enhancements.

• Grow quickly alongside Legora, with opportunities to take on more strategic People & Talent responsibilities as we scale.
  
  

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a fast-growing company or a high-performing agency environment

• Strong track record in proactively sourcing, engaging, and hiring top commercial talent (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, etc.) in competitive markets.

• You are confident running your own recruitment processes independently, with strong organizational and project management skills.

• Passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

• A natural relationship builder - with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Highly proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: adaptable, solution-oriented, and eager to grow as Legora grows.
