We’re backed by world-class investors, used by leading global law firms, and scaling fast. As we double our Go-to-Market team, we’re looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to lay the foundation for a high-performance sales engine.
This is a unique opportunity to own and build the enablement function from scratch—and to shape the way our sales team ramps, learns, and grows as we scale across markets and product lines.
What You’ll Do
In this senior individual contributor role, you will design and implement programs that elevate the performance of our enterprise sales team and keep them razor-sharp on our rapidly evolving AI product. This is a greenfield opportunity to create the playbook, tools, and training curriculum that will empower our go-to-market organization to excel. Your mission: keep our sales team sharp, confident, and always a step ahead as our product and GTM motion evolve.
Here’s what that looks like:
🧭 Design and Own Onboarding
Build a best-in-class onboarding experience for new Account Executives and Sales Engineers. From week one, new hires should feel confident in our product, process, pitch, and value prop—and ready to close deals.
🔁 Drive Ongoing Training
Lead continuous enablement across product updates, messaging shifts, and best-practice sales tactics. You’ll run live sessions, build training content, and reinforce learning through coaching and tooling.
🛠️ Build the Enablement Stack
Select and implement the systems (LMS, content hubs, coaching tools) that make training scalable, trackable, and easy to access. This is a greenfield build—nothing is set in stone, and you’ll define what great looks like.
📈 Shape Career Growth
Partner with sales leadership to develop clear career pathing and skill progression across the GTM org. Build frameworks, competencies, and mentorship programs that support long-term growth for our team.
🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Be the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps. You’ll ensure our sales team is always aligned with what’s shipping, how we’re positioning it, and what metrics we’re driving.
Who You Are
5+ years in Sales Enablement at high-growth B2B SaaS companies (bonus for enterprise or AI exposure).
A builder at heart - you create structure, repeatability, and clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Equally strategic and hands-on. You know how to design programs and deliver the playbooks, content, and training that make them real.
An exceptional communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across teams and levels to drive alignment and momentum.
A coach, mentor, and teacher. You’re passionate about helping others grow—and you know how to build programs that scale that impact.
