The role

We’re hiring a Design Systems Engineer to help us move faster without breaking quality. You’ll join the design team and build the foundations—components, tokens, and systems—that keep our UI consistent, accessible, and fast to ship. This is a hands-on role working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers in Stockholm to deliver great UX at scale.

What you will be doing:

• Build and maintain our React-based component library
• Translate Figma designs into fast, reusable, accessible components
• Sync design and code using tokens, variants, and Figma’s code platform
• Automate handoff and reduce drift between Figma and production
• Standardize interaction patterns and UI architecture across the product
• Remove bottlenecks in design-to-code workflows and speed up delivery
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and product teams in our Stockholm office

Who you are

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Deep knowledge of design systems, tokens, and component architecture
• Familiarity with Figma’s developer tools (variables, REST API, MCP server, plugins, component properties)
• Sharp eye for detail and design precision
• You lead by building—code that simplifies, scales, and speeds up the work of everyone around you
