The role
We’re hiring a Global Revenue Operations – Senior Analyst to join our growing RevOps team at Legora. Based full-time in our NYC office, this person will be the right hand to our Head of RevOps, playing a central role in shaping how we plan, model, incentivize, and operationalize revenue across regions.
This is a high-impact, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution. You’ll drive core operational processes across territory design, forecasting, compensation, and data integrity helping to ensure our GTM machine scales with clarity and precision.
What you will be doing:
- Partner closely with the Head of RevOps on global GTM operational execution
- Own and evolve territory carving models across Sales & CS
- Update regional forecasting models to support leadership planning
- Drive data cleanliness and governance efforts across CRM and related systems
- Support the rollout of compensation plans in partnership with Finance & leadership
- Build scalable reporting and operational tooling in Salesforce and BI platforms
- Act as a cross-functional connector between RevOps and GTM leadership
Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations
- You likely come from one of the following backgrounds:
- Ops at a fast-growing startup, with direct exposure to GTM teams
- A few years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., MBB), now eager to go deep on execution
- A few years in VC or investment banking, looking to gain real operating experience inside a high-growth company
- Skilled in data modeling, reporting, and scenario analysis using spreadsheets and BI tools (e.g. SQL, Hex)
- Fluent in Salesforce, willing to dive deep into the GTM tech stack
- You’re structured, execution-focused, and thrive on being the operator behind the scenes
- Comfortable translating GTM strategy into models, workflows, and dashboards
- Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and systems hygiene—you love a clean dataset
- Thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment where ownership and proactivity are key
