We founded Legora with a simple thesis. AI is going to fundamentally change how legal work gets done. In 2023, we started as a startup called Leya in the basement of the biggest law firm in the Nordics. Through shared efforts, mutual growth, and true problem-solving, we built a product tailored to the needs of lawyers at the top firms. The spirit from those days remains.
Today, Legora is the world’s first truly collaborative AI for lawyers. The platform is embedded in thousands of lawyers everyday life in nearly 20 countries by over 250 clients, and help them work more efficiently, accurately, and devote more time to complex problem solving and high-impact, strategic work.

The role
We care deeply about building a world-class team, culture, and company. As our People Enablement Partner, you’ll be the engine behind scaling Legora with top-tier talent while laying the foundations of our broader People agenda.
You will own and drive Talent Acquisition processess, acting as a strategic and operational partner across the business to attract and hire exceptional people. But your scope won’t stop there - you’ll also contribute to building the systems and programs that enable performance, accelerate leadership growth, and develop every Legorian to do the best work of their lives.
You’ll work directly with the founders, hiring managers, and team leads across all geographies to ensure we scale responsibly, ambitiously, and with intention
What you will be doing
Own and execute on full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles across the company, including Legal, Finance, Marketing and operational functions.
Act as a thought partner to hiring managers, advising on org design, hiring strategy, and candidate experience.
Build and nurture proactive pipelines for critical future roles and international markets.
Run world-class, structured processes that are fast, fair, and outcome-focused.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding.
- Partner on key People initiatives, including:
Performance management (cadence, feedback systems, calibration)
Leadership development and manager enablement
Learning & development programs tailored to hypergrowth
Headcount planning, comp strategy, and succession tracking
Who you are
You bring 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally from a high-growth environment (startup/scale-up/VC-backed).
You have a strong track record of hiring across commercial and strategic roles (Sales, BD, Marketing, Legal, Strategy, etc).
You’re not just a recruiter, you think holistically about talent and how it connects to business outcomes.
You’ve seen rapid growth and know how to build foundational systems while executing at pace.
You are naturally collaborative and consultative, but not afraid to take ownership and drive forward independently.
You are passionate about people - whether that’s identifying talent, enabling performance, or supporting long-term growth.
You move fast, iterate constantly, and prioritize outcomes over process.
You thrive in ambiguity and see challenges as opportunities to build.
