About us
At Legora, we’re on a mission to transform the way lawyers work. Our AI-native platform lets legal professionals enhance their productivity and automate complex workflows. We collaborate closely with our clients and iterate at a market-leading pace. In a year, we have gone from an early MVP to tools used daily by thousands of lawyers, and are now scaling rapidly. We are here to win together with our team and clients, and carry the belief that life is too short not to accomplish something truly special.
You are joining an early-stage scale-up with exceptional product-market fit, trusted by global leaders like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin and Bird & Bird. Backed by over $110M in funding from top investors including ICONIQ, General Catalyst, Benchmark, Redpoint, and Y Combinator. And a world-class team from Google, Klarna, Spotify, Slack, and top tier consulting and law firms with infinite room to grow professionally.
The role
As a Product Lead for our Platform and Integrations team, you will be at the heart of our technical foundation and core functionality, owning and shaping the infrastructure, interfaces, and enterprise-grade features that power our applications and innovative products.
What you will be doing:
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for integrations and enterprise-oriented initiatives, from discovery through launch to iteration, ensuring features meet customer needs and our technical and product standards.
Engage directly with enterprise customers and technology partners (CIOs, Legal Ops teams, IT admins, and Security Leads) to understand integration, compliance, and document management requirements, and translate these into actionable features and roadmaps.
Define and deliver integrations with leading enterprise software and vendors, including identity providers (SSO/SCIM), document management systems, productivity suites, e-signature platforms, and security/compliance tools.
Collaborate closely with backend, infrastructure, and integrations engineers to design APIs, data flows, and architecture that enable seamless interoperability across external systems.
Drive the product vision and roadmap for enterprise features, including secure document handling, user and role management, admin tooling, permissions, audit logs, and cross-system integrations.
Translate engineering and enterprise user requirements into clear, prioritized roadmaps that balance scalability, compliance, and usability.
Navigate trade-offs between technical debt, performance, partner requirements, and product velocity to ensure sustainable evolution of the platform.
Define and track success metrics related to integration adoption, system reliability, document processing efficiency, and admin usability.
Act as a liaison between engineering, customer-facing teams, and external technology partners to ensure our integrations and enterprise features align with broader business and compliance goals.
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in SaaS integrations, enterprise ecosystems, and data/document management to inform strategic decisions.
