About the role

We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded Legal Solutions Architect who will focus on Internal Tools & Product Enablement. This is a hybrid role built for someone who thrives at the intersection of legal expertise and AI-powered technology. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to transform legal workflows into reusable, scalable solutions - and help shape the internal tools that power our product behind the scenes.

From prompt engineering and workflow design to client enablement and documentation, you’ll be the architect behind some of our most impactful internal solutions. If you’re excited about legal design, generative AI, and building tools that scale - this role is for you.

What you'll do

You’ll be the connective tissue between product strategy and operational execution. Specifically, you will:

Owning our internal solution layer: You'll take end-to-end ownership of the internal libraries, configurations, and templates that bring our product to life - from prompt engineering to no-code workflows - and continuously iterate to improve performance and scalability.

• Partnering with Product Management: You'll work closely with product leaders to translate high-level product strategy and customer pain points into concrete, scalable solutions. You'll help shape feature requirements by bringing practical insight into how our tools are used to solve real-world legal challenges.

• Embedding with Growth: You'll serve as the internal counterpart to our client-facing teams - identifying patterns across use cases, validating high-leverage needs, and codifying best practices into reusable solution templates.

• Operationalizing insight: You'll help systematize how we turn customer insight into repeatable, scalable product functionality - building frameworks, documentation, and internal playbooks for common problems and use cases.

• Being a force multiplier: You'll act as an internal expert on how our tools can be best leveraged - unblocking teams, enabling faster product development, and accelerating adoption of new capabilities across our customer base.

What you bring

You’re legally trained, systems-oriented, and tech-curious. You’ve seen legal workflows up close - and you’re motivated by the chance to design better ones. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a background in law, legal operations, or legal tech - and deep understanding of legal workflows.
• Are excited by AI, automation, and building tools that enable better legal work.
• Can communicate clearly across functions - from lawyers to product managers to engineers.
• Think in systems and design for scale - not just one-off solutions.
• Have a structured, proactive approach and aren’t afraid to dive in and figure things out.
• Care about quality, but ship quickly - and improve over time.
