This is a unique opportunity to build foundational programs that scale - bringing structure, speed, and operational excellence to how we onboard, train, and empower our GTM teams.
What you will be doing:
In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll own and scale enablement from our Stockholm hub - translating GTM strategy into repeatable, high-impact programs that accelerate performance. This isn’t just a field-facing role - it’s a strategic operator function built for someone who has carried a quota and knows what great enablement looks like from the front lines.
Your mission: Build and own the programs that enable the field - across onboarding, ever-boarding, leadership development, and the core motions that define how we sell.
Here’s what that looks like:
Own Foundational Enablement Programs: Design, launch, and own certification-based programs that embed Legora’s GTM strategy into the field. This includes onboarding, everboarding, and leadership enablement, as well as role-specific curricula on discovery, demo methodology, running effective pilots, and the sales process.
Own Execution & Feedback Loops: Establish and run the cadences, communications, and structured feedback cycles that connect product to field and field to strategy. Own the process of iterating programs based on feedback and performance data, ensuring every program evolves with the business.
Own the Enablement Infrastructure: Stand up and maintain repeatable forums and systems-pitch practice, competitive response drills, product Q&A loops, and deal strategy desks - that sharpen selling skills and integrate enablement into daily execution.
Own Scale & Globalization of Programs: Take proven enablement programs and expand them across regions. Build the frameworks, playbooks, and systems that allow programs to scale while maintaining global consistency and measurable impact.
Own Strategic Moments: Architect and execute enablement for company-defining events like sales kick-off and major launches. Ensure these moments reinforce certifications, advance field skills, and tie directly to performance priorities.
Own Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the program owner and primary connector between Product Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Product, and Engineering. Ensure that every enablement program reflects current GTM priorities, competitive insights, and product innovation.
Who you are
5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Programs, or GTM Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies—Experience carrying a quota as a seller is a huge plus. You understand the realities of selling and bring credibility with the field.
A builder with strong instructional design instincts and the program ownership mindset to create from scratch. You know how to architect onboarding, everboarding, and leadership enablement programs that scale globally and certify proficiency in core sales motions.
Executive presence with high EQ. You’ll serve as the trusted face of enablement at HQ, a partner to senior leadership, and a daily pulse on field needs. Reps, managers, and executives alike see you as a peer.
Comfortable translating GTM strategy into practical, high-impact enablement programs. You connect business priorities—like demo methodology, running effective pilots, and pipeline coverage—to training that drives measurable outcomes.
A hands-on operator who thrives in ambiguity and builds structure quickly. You move with speed, clarity, and rigor, balancing long-term program design with the scrappiness required in a high-growth startup.
Bonus Points If...
You’re an experienced sales enablement leader (5+ years) with time spent carrying a quota, giving you real credibility with the field. You’re a builder at heart—skilled at designing programs from scratch and scaling them globally, whether that’s onboarding, everboarding, leadership development, or certification-based training on discovery, demoing, pilots, and the sales process. You combine instructional design instincts with the execution chops to launch fast, iterate often, and tie programs directly to business KPIs. With executive presence and high EQ, you’re equally comfortable partnering with CROs and coaching reps, always acting as the connective tissue between GTM strategy and field execution. You thrive in high-growth environments where structure doesn’t exist yet, moving quickly but with clarity and rigor.
