The role
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to accelerate Legora’s next phase of growth. This person will be responsible for driving operational excellence across Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Customer Success Operations, ensuring our GTM engine scales with clarity and precision. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Finance to align on processes, implement systems, and create a single source of truth for GTM leadership.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be directly shaping the workflows, reporting, and infrastructure that power our growth.
What you will be doing:
- Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) → Seamless Revenue Execution - Lead our Nue.io implementation and streamline Q2C processes, ensuring smooth handoffs across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance to reduce friction and accelerate deal flow.
- Customer Success Operations → Clarity & Alignment - Own CS Ops processes, including NRR reporting, customer health metrics, and renewals, giving GTM leadership a single source of truth to drive strategy and resourcing decisions.
- Sales Dashboards & Insights → Actionable GTM Visibility - Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, strategic accounts, and expansions, empowering GTM leaders to make faster, data-driven decisions.
Who you are
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- Skilled in Quote-to-Cash workflows and comfortable coordinating across Sales, CS, Finance, and Product
- Hands-on operator with experience in Salesforce and related tooling (e.g. Nue.io, BI platforms, commission tools)
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of building dashboards and reporting that leadership can rely on
- Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Nice to have: experience standing up a PLG motion and direct systems implementation expertise (“hands on keys”)
